Cancellation Policy

1. USE OF SPACE The photo shooting room, 560 sq ft, is the primary shooting space offered for rental. Other spaces, including the reception area and the meeting room, are not for rental. 2. RATES • $65 per hour (with a minimum of 2 hours) • $185 half day (3 hours) • $350 full day (6 hours) All rates quoted are for photoshoot only. 3. EQUIPMENT RENTAL Props, furniture, reflector, and the changing room in the shooting space are free to use. Lighting equipment and other dressing accessories in the open closet are NOT for rental. 4. LENGTH OF USE Renter may check in 15 minutes prior to the prescribed starting rental time, and must check out promptly by the prescribed ending time, including all setup and tear down. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off or pick- up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. Any Renter that goes 15 minutes past the original end time of booking will be charged an additional hour. 5. STUDIO RULES • No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs are allowed in the Studio. • No individual who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be admitted. • At no time are the Renter and participants to engage in any kind of unlawful activitieswhile on the premises of the Studio. • No pets are allowed. • No nude and boudoir photography or exposure of any private parts are allowed. Breasts and genitalia must be properly covered. • Maximum of eight people in the Renter’s party. • Renter will leave the studio and all amenities clean and in the same condition as they were when the Renter arrived. Renter agrees to pay $35 cleaning fee if the studio is left dirty, and any additional repair fees deemed necessary beyond normal use. • Renters are solely responsible for verifying that all models, if any, employed during Renter’s rental period are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. • Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. The Studio has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities. 6. RESCHEDULES A one-time reschedule is allowed. Reschedule request must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental. A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental. No reschedule is allowed within 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental.
