RENTAL TERMS
“Studio” refers to the studio of Crystal Tseng Photography, LLC, located at 9005 Chevrolet Dr. Suite 4, Ellicott City, MD 21042, “Premises” includes the studio, all spaces and amenities within, and adjacent parking areas, “Renter” refers to the person or entity renting the Studio’s premises.

 

USE OF SPACE
The photo shooting room, 560 sq ft, is the primary shooting space offered for rental. Other spaces, including the reception area and the meeting room, are not for rental. Additional agreement and usage fee is required for any photography in those areas.

 

RATES

• $65 per hour (with a minimum of 2 hours)

• $185 half day (3 hours)

• $350 full day (6 hours)

  All rates quoted are for photoshoot only. Studio rental for other uses, e.g., video filming or any other events, must be discussed and received consent on a per case basis. Additional fee may apply.

EQUIPMENT USE

Furniture (high chair, posing cubes, couch, bean bag, stools, and step-ladder), reflector, and the changing room in the shooting space are free to use. Lighting equipment and other dressing accessories in the open closet are NOT for rental.
