A 24" by 24' Vintage Framed Fine Art Portraits we created for Stefanie's family. Raised three daughters by herself, this vision has been in her mind for years and she was so happy to finally have her dreams come true - hanging up a beautiful piece of three-generation portraits by her grand piano. We are honored to be part of her project.
We created these professionally wrapped canvas portraits for this beautiful family's master bedroom and their gorgeous high-ceiling living room.
Q & As
What packages do you offer for the photoshoot?
The good news is that I actually do not have pre-committed bundled packages. I only charge a session fee to design and start your portrait photoshoot. Then I will help you customize your order on the photos you love after you see all the images from the photoshoot.
What is the session fee?
The session fee covers one hour of design and outfit consultations, cost, time and my expertise for a professional photoshoot and production (it does not include the files and products).
What is a consultation appointment? When do I need one?
A consultation appointment is an in-person appointment where we will discuss your needs and expectations and design for your photoshoot. It is also the chance I get to know about you, your family and all the personalities that will help get everyone engaged in the photoshoot. I will help you schedule a consultation appointment after a pre-consultation via email.
I don't know what to wear for my photoshoot, can you help with that?
Yes! At your design and consultation appointment, we will design and discuss your outfits for your photoshoot. You will also be provided with our styling website to get inspired afterward. When you have a better idea about your outfits, you are encouraged to send me a snapshot of your outfits for final touching-up ideas!!! I am prompt in answering your questions via email.
I fully cover your baby's outfits and props for the newborn session and provide maternity gowns for maternity sessions. You are welcome to try them on at your consultation appointment.
How long will I receive my photos?
You will have your ordering appointment for viewing all the photos we take and ordering your photos within 5-10 days after your photoshoot. You will receive your retouched and edited digital copies in 10 days after your ordering appointment. The final printed products will be ready for you about 2-3 weeks after your ordering appointment.
Do you offer an online gallery for ordering the photos?
No. You will need to schedule an in-person appointment for your photo reveal/ordering session. At your reveal appointment, I will show you how the large wall portraits actually look like in your home and help you customize the products with the photos you love.
Can I purchase digital files only?
Crystal Tseng Photography is a boutique studio that designs and creates portrait arts in the form of archival-grade products that will keep your beautiful images over years and years. We do not sell digital files separately; however, you will receive the matching digital files of the photos you order to share with friends on the internet!!! (Please note that you will not receive all the unedited digital files unless they are the photos you order for editing and retouching to the artistic level.)
Do you allow pets in the photoshoot?
Yes, I welcome pets in the outdoor photoshoot. I do not take pets inside the studio at this moment.
How do you design the wall arts portraits for my home?
You will need to provide a picture of and the wall measurements needed for wall portraits for the design purpose. I will be happy to help with that at your house if needed.
